As an Ayurvedic Practitioner, I am trained to identify the root causes of imbalances and support you in preventing disease, restoring vitality, and managing common conditions with natural approaches—including herbal medicines, rejuvenative therapies, and mindfulness practices. Through a detailed assessment of your unique constitution (prakṛti) and current imbalances (vikṛti), I provide personalized guidance in diet, lifestyle, daily and seasonal routines, and natural therapies to support your overall well-being.Together, we will create a plan that aligns your body, mind, and spirit so you can feel grounded, nourished, and resilient.

You’ll share your goals, your challenges, and anything your body has been whispering beneath the surface. Together, we begin to map a pathway toward steadiness and balance.

After our initial session, we’ll review your assessment results—your mind-body type, current imbalances, digestive strength, and the patterns shaping your wellbeing. You’ll receive clear, personalized recommendations (including sleep, diet, and lifestyle) and supportive guidance, along with space to ask questions and understand how to weave these practices into your daily rhythm with ease.
