Rejuvenating Ayurveda

Women’s Retreat in the Hill Country, April 4-7th

Nourish & Rejuvenate Yourself

Join Jenny E. Orona and Kaytee Hernandez on a rejuvenating Ayurvedic retreat in the Hill Country April 4-7th, 2024. During this four day retreat you will experience the magic of Ayurveda through nourishing yoga practices, rituals, meditation, and meals. Together, we explore the six tastes (Rasas), learn about the cycles of nature (Doṣa), and discover our unique constitution (Prakriti).

Treat yourself to a long weekend of self care, Yoga, Ayurveda, healing sound, and community. You’ll learn how to infuse your daily life with Ayurvedic practices and wisdom, while relaxing in luxury at our beautiful retreat location. Allow yourself to be cared for mind, body and spirit.

Each morning will begin with guided yoga and meditation followed by a silent breakfast. During your stay, everything is included. You’ll enjoy nourishing and thoughtfully prepared Ayurvedic meals, snacks, and beverages. After breakfast, become immersed in the knowledge of Ayurveda. We’ll explore educational concepts and learn how to apply them to our own unique lives and circumstances. Lunch will be a nourishing Ayurvedic meal that fuels you for the rest of the day. Afterwards, we will learn ancient body care practices and engage in ritual. During the afternoon, you can enjoy free time lounging by the pool, walk the tranquil grounds, or siesta in a nearby hammock. We will reconnect each evening for dinner followed by a relaxing sound bath and communal time, like a tarot reading.

To ensure an intimate experience, we are only opening up this retreat to 15 people. If you’re interested in joining us secure your spot today!
